Assisteo’s Balance and Home Safety Program is designed for those with a recent history of falls, gait disturbance, balance impairments, and recent decline in functional mobility. Our Physical and Occupational Therapists complete a thorough balance assessment and home safety evaluation to provide an individualized plan to address any deficits. Our goal is to help you function normally in your daily activities through the support of our healthcare team.
