Assisteo

Veterans Program

Part of the Assisteo Veterans Program vision, is to care for those Veterans who served before us. We prioritize the safety, care, and benefits of our most vulnerable Veterans - the elderly and disabled. Assisteo will honor each Veteran we have on service by recognizing their service in front of their families. In some cases, our Veterans Advocate will “restore honor” with our Veterans who have not officially been welcomed home (Vietnam Veterans mainly).

A Lasting Memento of the Nation's Thanks!

Vietnam Veteran Lapel Pin

We are very appreciative of our Veterans and will never forget their service and sacrifice.  As an official Vietnam Veteran Commemorative Partner, we will further honor our patients who served in the Vietnam (era) with “Welcome Home” Lapel Pins as a memento of thanks and appreciation. The Commemoration is providing Vietnam Veteran Lapel Pins to Commemorative Partners for dignified public presentations to U.S. military veterans, living at home or abroad, who served during the Vietnam War period as a lasting memento of the Nation's thanks.

  • Assisteo will enroll Veteran into American Legion or VFW for continued camaraderie and support.

Additionally ...

  • Our Veterans Advocate sits on SEN Sinema’s Veteran council and addresses health care (community care) challenges/solutions in our community. They also have monthly meetings with several congressional leaders discussing strategies for overall Veteran care and wellbeing.

  • As a retiree and senior Veteran advocate, our Veterans Advocate will address all VA issues with VA leadership.

  • Our Veteran Advocate is very knowledgeable on PTSD and suicide prevention/intervention and will intervene as needed.

  • We collaborate with Veteran Service Organizations throughout AZ for Veteran specific resources.
